Lishas began in a small first-floor atelier in the north of India in 2018, with three karigars, a rickety cutting table, and a stubborn belief: that a modern woman's wardrobe deserved the same intimate craft as her grandmother's.

Every piece we make begins as a paper pattern, is cut by hand, embroidered by name — the karigar's signature stitched inside the seam — and finished only when it earns the small gold Wonder tag.
